BRETT LANSDOWN
Partner
Brett Joined the Firm in 1997 with degrees in Law and Land Surveying. With experience in all areas of the practice he assists the partners with strategic and other guidance. Brett continues to play water polo and is a life member of the Gold Coast Water Polo Association.
LUKE BERRIGAN
Partner
With degrees in both Law (Hons) and International Business, Luke Berrigan joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2010 and was made a partner in late 2012.
MORGAN REID
Partner
Morgan joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2015, having previously worked in a Brisbane firm. Morgan obtained her Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Business degrees at Griffith University in 2014. She now manages the Property Department, exclusively practicing in the area of property law, providing legal advice to developers and those buying and selling property.
NICHOLAI POULSON
Partner
Nicholai joined the Ingwersen & Lansdown’s Wills and Estates team in 2014 having previously established himself as a lawyer in a small legal firm in NSW.
Nicholai’s expertise lies in the field of Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and administering Estates of deceased persons. He is very willing to support and advise clients to reduce the stress and anxiety surrounding the passing of loved ones.

Senior Associate
Nicole joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2014. Having completed her Bachelor of Law degree in 2012, she is now employed as a Senior Associate and is currently the Head of our Retirement Living and Aged Care Department.

David Ingwersen joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 1977. David stepped back from Partnership in 2023 and now consults for the Firm.

David Lansdown joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 1980. David stepped back from Partnership in 2023 and now consults for the Firm.
COURTNEY DOUBLE
Solicitor
Courtney joined Ingwersen in May 2015 as a Conveyancing paralegal. Courtney has over 16 years of experience working in the legal industry, mainly in the areas of commercial and residential conveyancing. She completed her Bachelor of Law degree in 2021 and is now a solicitor in our Conveyancing Department.
PELESI KORIA
Solicitor
Pelesi Koria is admitted as a Barrister and a Solicitor in New Zealand and was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in 2023. Pelesi joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in February 2024 and works in the areas of Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Retirement Villages.

Paralegal
Kim joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 1980. Kim is a paralegal working in the areas of Conveyancing in Queensland.
HELEN
Paralegal
Helen joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2007 working as a Conveyancing Paralegal. In 2009 Helen moved to the firm’s Wills and Estates department as a paralegal attending to probate applications and the administration of deceased estates in both Queensland and New South Wales as well as the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Judy joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2012 in our Conveyancing department. Judy has had over 30 years of experience in the fields of Banking and Finance and Conveyancing, both in the commercial and residential fields.

Paralegal
Jade joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in early 2013 as our office Junior. In 2014 she was promoted to Settlement and Lodgement Clerk and relieving receptionist. In 2015 she was promoted again to a secretary assisting our Estates Department and is currently a Paralegal working part-time in the Wills department.

Paralegal
Karen joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in March 2013 as a Conveyancing Paralegal. Karen has had over 25 years’ experience in the legal industry. She now assists Nicole in our Retirement Village Department.

Paralegal
Jacqui started with Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2014 and is now assisting the Paralegals in the Conveyancing department on a casual basis.

Paralegal
Tamieka joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2015. Tamieka works part-time in the Conveyancing Department.

Paralegal
Laura joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in late 2015 as our Office Junior. She was rapidly promoted to our Settlement and Lodgement Clerk and in 2018 was promoted to a Paralegal. Laura now works part-time assisting our Conveyancing Department.
HAYDEN
Law Clerk
Hayden began working at Ingwersen and Lansdown as an office junior and settlement clerk in 2019. He has since completed his first degree in Design and 3 years of his Bachelor of Laws degree at QUT. In 2023 Hayden returned under the role of Law Clerk in the Wills and Estates team and has moved to SCU to complete the remainder of his law degree. Hayden enjoys surfing and playing water polo with his dad.

Tania joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2019 taking over the offices accounts duties.
LAUREN
Chief Financial & Compliance Officer
Lauren is a Chartered Accountant and has been with Ingwersen & Lansdown since 2020. Lauren’s previous experience spans across the Assurance, Business Advisory, Funds Management and Property industries.
She has previously volunteered her financial skills with Water Polo Victoria and Water Polo Australia.

Receptionist
Justine joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2020. She is a bubbly voice that greets you on the phone and a friendly face who welcomes you on arrival when visiting the Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors office. Justine’s lively personality and can-do attitude brings lots of joy to the firm.
KELLY
Financial Accountant
Kelly started at Ingwersen & Lansdown in June 2022 to join the Accounts Team. She has over 20 years’ experience as a Qualified Accountant, predominantly in Financial Services. Kelly moved up from Sydney in early 2022 and is enjoying the lifestyle change.

Receptionist
Cathy Pegg has been working for Ingwersen & Lansdown on and off since 1992 which means she has been with the company for a total 15 years. Cathy is very caring and supportive of both clients and work colleagues and is an asset to the front reception. Cathy always loves a laugh and joke and brightens everyone’s day in the office.

Paralegal
Leya joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2023 assisting our other paralegals in the Conveyancing Department. Leya has experience in both QLD and NSW Conveyancing. Leya is Director of Surf Life Saving at Cudgen Headland SLSC.

Milly joined our firm in 2023 after completing year 12. Milly started as Officer Junior and is now assisting the Solicitors and Paralegals as a Law Clerk in the Wills and Estates team.

Laura Hultgren joined Ingwersen & Lansdown as Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator in April 2024. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in Operational roles, Executive Administration and Office Management. Laura enjoys working with the Partners to make sure the office is running smoothly.

Office Junior
Trinity began working at Ingwersen & Lansdown in June 2024 after working in hospitality. Trinity brings a friendly and helpful attitude to her role where she assists with the day to day running of the office and undertakes various tasks for the Paralegals and Partners.

Tony was admitted as a solicitor in 1972 and inaugurated Ingwersen & Associates in 1974. After long and meritorious service, Tony passed away in 2017 after a long battle with illness. He is sorely missed by all.
